All Occasions Baskets and Gifts is not responsible for theft, misplacement, tampering, damage, or the condition of the contents in any way if the recipient is not available to receive the product.
We assume no responsibility for hospital deliveries for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient’s room, or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed.
Perishable and Naughty Basket items cannot be returned. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging after contacting us within 3 days of the delivery date.
